In September 2020 this Grizzly Bear made National news when he chased a Bull Elk into the Yellowstone River and proceeded to quickly overpower and drown it. For a week this bear and others, as well as wolves and ravens, made visits to the carcass on the bank of the river. Living in Bozeman I was lucky enough to be able to go down and see for myself, and this is my momento.
